This weekend is the All For Saving Lives National Adoption Weekend at Petco!
As their local adoption partner, AWS can earn a lifesaving grant for each adoption performed through the local New Milford Petco September 9 and 10. Stop by the New Milford Petco to meet some of our animals and see if a furry companion wants to adopt you.
This is how we can benefit:
Organizations performing 5 or more adoptions in store on Sept. 9 & 10 will receive adoption grants of $35 per cat and dog.
Organizations performing 50 or more adoptions in stores on Sept. 9 & 10 will receive adoption grants of $75 per cat or dog.
An AWS representative will be on site at Petco in New Milford on
Saturday and Sunday September 9th and 10th 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

AWS 4th Annual Breakfast Fundraiser is Coming Up!

Great news! If you would like to join us for the event, there are a limited number of individual tickets left. Tickets are $50. The event includes breakfast, a silent auction and a 50/50 fundraiser. It's a delightful way to spend the morning in a beautiful setting.

IF YOU CAN'T JOIN US, THERE ARE OTHER WAYS TO SUPPORT THE EVENT:
Gift Certificates to local establishments and Gift Baskets with a value of $25 or more are greatly appreciated for the auction. They should be dropped off at the shelter (AWS, 8 Dodd Road, New Milford) by Friday September 22nd please.

The farmers' market is held weekly on Saturdays at The Judy Black Memorial Park and Gardens on Route 47 in
Washington Depot. It's dog friendly and a great place to get fresh local produce.
Stop by and say hello, get a free bandana for your dog.

for our rescued cats and dogs.
