ESPN and NFL provide AWSM major sponsorships for 2012
Thank you to both for their continuing support
AWSM is pleased to announce that ESPN and the NFL have offered generous donations for the 2012 Convention in Chicago.
ESPN is a long-time friend to AWSM. This will be the fourth year that the sports media conglomerate has been a platinum-level sponsor for AWSM's annual meeting.
This will be the second year for a significant donation from the NFL. In 2011 in Charlotte, the NFL was a silver-level sponsor, and in 2012, it will be a platinum-level.
A platinum-level sponsorship is $10,000 and up.
"Continuing these partnerships is extremely exciting for AWSM," AWSM president Amy Moritz said. "ESPN continues to innovate across multiple platforms in sports media and has long been a strong supporter of the goals and vision of AWSM. Likewise, the NFL has been generous not just in financial support but in being open to dialogue on issues involving gender and media operations."
AWSM offers a number of incentives to donors at every sponsorship level. Based on the donation level, incentives include ads in the convention programs, a table at the job fair, and complementary or discounted registrations.

The 2012 AWSM Convention will be from Wednesday, June 20 to Saturday, June 23. The Chicago Marriott on the Miracle Mile will be the host hotel.
