drumSTRONG
is coming to Phoenix in 2017. The AZ Rhythm Connection will be supporting drumSTRONG -- an organization dedicated to using drumming to fight cancer. drumSTRONG was founded by a family whose young son was unexpectedly diagnosed with cancer. This non-profit organization has grown from a flash of an idea into a program that has raised thousands of dollars to fight cancer.
While drumSTRONG has a national and global outreach--the main event will have drumming in over 25 countries and more than 70 cities, the focus is local. We have selected the Cancer Support Community to be the beneficiary of all of our beats. Please

. The date is May 20, 2017. We will be drumming from 4P to midnight continuously.
Helping us raise money will be easy. Simply ask someone to sponsor you to drum. Example, you are going to drum for one hour and you get five people to sponsor you at $10 per hour--that will mean $50 earned towards fighting cancer. We look forward to anyone any team or business to join the drum. AZ Rhythm Connection will be supplying the drums and facilitation. All levels of drummers are welcome.
