Great News!


Your Sellers Now have the Ability to Confirm Showings Through Text or Email!

Here's How It Works...
  • Sellers who wish to confirm their showing requests, will receive a text message or email (based on showing instructions) from LoneWolf when a new showing has been booked.
For text messages: your seller will receive a text with two links:

   One link for confirmation                   One link to decline  


Links in the text are in blue




 


  • Your seller must click one of the two links
  • The link selected will open to a landing page to either Confirm or No Thanks.


  • Your seller can add notes if they like in the space provided, and then they will either confirm showing by clicking on the button or if declining the No Thanks button.
  •  By clicking on the button the URL feeds directly back to the RAH Appointment Desk.
Your Sellers will get one of the following messages that confirms their choice
 




For email messages
 
Your seller simply selects Confirm Showing or No Thanks  (see image below )     in the email itself and the message will feed directly back to the Appointment Desk. NOTE : remind your sellers to confirm or decline in the image in the body of the email, do not use the reply function......
 
The appointment is now confirmed or declined and the Appointment Desk will now confirm directly to the Showing Agents office.


AGENT REMINDERS:

* Please follow the same procedure as above if you are confirming for your           seller. Do not confirm or email to [email protected] going further.       Agents are still responsible for cancelling confirmed appointments.
