Helping Veterans and their Families
Greetings!

Community Hope is currently accepting referrals for our new Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program.  The SSVF Program is a homeless prevention program designed to assist veteran families at risk of homelessness to maintain their housing and to rapidly re-house veteran families who have recently become homeless in Sussex, Warren, Somerset, Morris and Passaic counties.

Community Hope has partnered with Catholic Family Community Services (CFCS), Hope House and UMDNJ to provide case management services to assist veterans and their families in securing housing and developing a housing stability plan which may include support services, financial assistance and accessing support services and benefits.
