Active with Offer Reminder
We know the Spring market has been busy, but we want to remind you of the MLS Accepted Offer Policy.
Accepted offers must be reported within 48 hours as either:
- Active W/Offer -has an offer but the seller is still allowing showings of the property and is taking secondary offers.
- Pending -has an offer and the seller is no longer showing the property.
The only time you don't need to change a listings status to Active W/Offer is when there is a Home Sale Contingency. All other contingencies have no bearing when there is an accepted offer.
Please Note: Sanctions are avoided if you report accepted offers within the allotted 48 hours.
Automatic E-mail Events with Rooms by level
FYI - there is a lingering issue with auto email events specific to criteria using rooms by level. The search will yield results correctly but they are not currently being sent out in the events. Results using room criteria for the short term will need to be manually sent to your customer. The results are also available via portals that are turned ON. Our vendor is aware of the issue to be fixed.
