The biggest risk of not including a child with disabilities

Future Planning: One Step at a Time
home_keys_planning.jpg
Taking the first step towards future planning is important.  And it's not quite as scary as you may think.

The first step is to gather some basic information.  After you have completed the About Me worksheet, it's time to fill in the Where I Live worksheet.  In the Where I Live section, you will gather information about your current living situation (I rent, I own, etc) and contact information.  This two page section should be easy.

You can go through the process online in an interactive and user friendly format.  Or, you can start by printing a paper copy.

You can find more information on Future Planning by clicking here and visiting our website.

Please share your questions with us!  Email Anne at arc.amstevens@gmail.com and we will work to find answers and share information.

If are interested in a Future Planning Overview presentation for your group, email Nicole at nh@constituencyservices.org
