 It's hard to believe with all the beautiful fall leaves, apples and pumpkins, and harvest festivals, but we are preparing for another holiday season at CCDOK! We are sending this e-mail to make sure you are aware of the opportunity to bless someone this Thanksgiving and Christmas season. Each year, donors (families, individuals, businesses, or groups) "adopt" our clients for the holidays, providing them with food and gifts.
How Does It Work?
Adopting CCDOK's clients for the holiday season is a simple process. Once you call, we match you with a client or family based on your preference (homeless youth, mother and baby, or family). We will send you a 2014 Family Information Sheet via fax or mail that includes the ages, gender, and needs/wishes of each individual.
Please remember we ask our clients to make a wish list and you're not required to purchase everything - these are just suggestions to make your gift giving easier!
How Do I Begin?
If you are interested in "adopting" a CCDOK client, please call or email CCDOK by October 31 (see information below). When you call, please let staff know if you are willing to provide gifts for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or both.

Another Option: We can "Shop For You"
Are you unable to shop for CCDOK clients but still want to participate? If you prefer to have us to "shop for you," we welcome cash donations and gift cards. Call us using the information above to learn more.
