Creative Writing Workshop
TUESDAY – FRIDAY, JUNE 27–JUNE 30
9 A.M.–2 P.M.
MEMBERS: $180 FIRST CHILD, $170 SIBLING ENROLLMENT
NON-MEMBERS: $195 FIRST CHILD, $185 SIBLING ENROLLMENT
An adventure designed exclusively for students who have completed 6th through 9th grades, this workshop will engage participants in the writing process from pre-writing through the publishing stage, and encourage them to find a personal connection to the works in our fine art collection. Additionally, students will create art activities in the Bragg Studios, explore the history of the Reynolds family and grand estate, and get a glimpse behind the scenes of the Museum.
Art Adventures and Writing Adventures

Inspired by the Museum’s renowned collection of American art, young artists and writers produce their own original works of art and writing compositions in these half-day camps. The camps, a longstanding tradition at Reynolda, help students learn about the family that lived here by exploring the historic house, art collection, and grand estate. Participants will also have an opportunity to take a dip in the indoor pool.

Pop It! Paper Sculpture
SUNDAY, JUNE 3

MEMBERS $8/NON-MEMBERS $10
Elementary school-aged children and their favorite adults visit the Museum and make art together in these popular monthly workshops. In this June workshop, participants will design their own popped-up paper sculpture.

Reynolda Roudabout Stroller Tours
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 7
10:15 A.M.–11 A.M.
$5 

Parents and caregivers are invited to bring their very young learners in a stroller, front carrier, or backpack for an outdoor, staff-led walking tour of the Reynolda grounds. While enjoying the beauty of late spring, participants will learn more about the historic estate during its centennial year. Tours will start at the Gazebo near the Museum entrance and end in Reynolda Village.

For ages 0–18 months, accompanied by an adult; siblings welcome. Will not be held in inclement weather; call 336.758.5150 for program status. Fee is payable in person at the Museum’s front desk.
