Last Wednesday, HOTC partnered with the Thomas County Emergency Management Agency and All Hands Volunteers, which provides disaster relief assistance, to help our neighbors in Thomas County and surrounding communities with clean-up after the storms and tornados.

There is currently a team of volunteers from All Hands and AmeriCorps that has been working tirelessly every day to assist our neighbors in need with clean-up. They are bunking at the Thomasville YMCA, and home base is the Thomas County EMA. So far, they have completed 12 clean-up sites, and are working on assessing other areas of need. We thank them, and the local volunteers who have come out to help as well. Let's show them our thanks by providing dinner at the end of the day - it's the least we can do!

If you, your Church, group, business or restaurant can provide a meal (from this Thursday, 2/2 - Saturday, 2/11),  please click here for more information and to sign up for a date
