twelve (12) hours of continuing education to renew their CT real estate licenses. These include mandatory and elective course requirements. Agents must complete their CE requirements by May 31, 2018.

Total US population is aging. Realtors are working with five different generations at this time. Elder abuse is the crime of the century. Financial abuse is occurring daily. This course discusses POA and the different types, and who has the right to sell. Goes into detail what the role as a Realtor is and should be. Dispels many rumors regarding reverse mortgages. Reviews 1031 tax exchanges.
