ACI Accepting Applications for 2016 Emerging Professionals Leadership Program -
Secure Your Spot TODAY!
The Emerging Professionals Leadership Program (EPLP) is a one-year program that provides substantive discussions on some of today's most critical issues and introduces class members to key industry and policy leaders.  ACI is seeking 25 aspiring leaders from across our membership to participate in the program's third class in 2016. Applications are now being accepted through January 22. 
 
To nominate someone from your organization, simply review two important documents. Candidates must submit this form, one letter of recommendation and have employer approval to participate. 

Nominations Being Sought for ACI Board Director Positions
ACI is seeking nominations and candidate suggestions for board directors.  Each year, we bring on three directors to the IN Grain and Feed Association (IGFA) board and an additional three to the IN Plant Food and Ag Chemical Association (IPFACA) board. Directors are elected to a three year term. 
 
We would welcome any candidate suggestions you may have for these director roles.  Each board has a nominating committee that will review the candidates and recommend a final slate for approval at our annual membership meeting (to be held in early March).  PLEASE PROVIDE CANDIDATE NAMES AND A SHORT PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH FOR THEM NO LATER THAN MONDAY, JANUARY 25 (please send information to Beth Bechdol - bbechdol@inagribiz.org or Jayne McElwain - jmcelwain@inagribiz.org). 
   
Sign Up Today for 4R Farming 4 Sustainability Workshop in Fort Wayne (Feb. 12)
The agribusiness community continues to be responsibly committed to help improve Lake Erie's water quality. Join the Ohio Agribusiness Association and the 4R Nutrient Stewardship Certification Program team for an event for farmers and nutrient service providers to learn more about the voluntary 4R Certification Program and how important the 4R practices can be in nutrient management.  Attendees will hear from peers and industry professionals to learn how they can contribute to the goal of long-term improvements in the Western Lake Erie Basin.  The workshop will be held on Friday, February 12 at the Holiday Inn Fort Wayne - IPFW & Coliseum from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.  Click HERE for registration and program details.
