Ain't No Two Ways! 10/14/15
Greetings today from Foley, AL.
I have driven as far south as Hwy.59 allows, and am, IN FACT, overlooking the waters of the Gulf Of Mexico!!!
Oh, and BTW, it is 82 degrees and the sun is shining brightly.
I have completely blown all my hard work of shedding the LBS. And have eaten the seafood platter-three days in a row.
The Church here is GLORIOUSLY experiencing REVIVAL and as such, the Pastor asked me to speak tonight on the above title:
CHOICES!
Amos 7:14-15 (KJV)
14 Then answered Amos, and said to Amaziah, I was no prophet, neither was I a prophet's son; but I was an herdman, and a gatherer of sycomore fruit:
15 And the LORD took me as I followed the flock, and the LORD said unto me, Go, prophesy unto my people Israel.
How many HERE tonight, excluding Pastors Paul and Carolyn, their family and children/grandchildren, etc.) are PROPHETS?
How many, AGAIN excluding those listed above, are a son or daughter of a PROPHET?
How many are mechanics, (PLEASE STAND as I call you out), how many retired, how many waiters or waitresses, own your own business, landscapers, construction workers, teachers, nurses, doctors, military, police or fire personnel, truck drivers, warehouse workers, businessmen/women,-
WHO HAVE I LEFT OUT??
BUT NO PROPHETS OR SONS/DAUGHTERS OF PROPHETS???
Well neither was AMOS!
OR MOSES!!!
How many of you have ever seen the movie "THE TEN COMMANDMENTS?"
Remember when God appeared to MOSES and CALLED him????
Here is his stuttering reply!

JESUS was also NOT recognized as a PROPHET nor was Jesus the Son of any human
PROPHET-in fact, He was despised and ridiculed:

Ya see, brethren GOD IS MOVING IN THIS CHURCH!!!
GOD IS CALLING YOU TONIGHT!!
GOD IS MOVING IN THE YOUNG PEOPLE TONIGHT!!!
The GOOD news, no, THE GREAT NEWS is that YOU do NOT have to be the son or daughter of any man-made PROPHET!!!
GOD DOES NOT CALL THE EQUIPPED!!
GOD EQUIPS THE CALLED!!!!!
I am-my case, my life is a case in point!
My earthly father was Jewish and my mother was a Luke-warm Baptist.
As a child, I never knew I was a Jew because daddy never told me!!
In the 50's when I was born, there was much racial hatred toward the Jews and because my skin was white and Drucker does not sound too Jewish, mom and dad hoped to spare me pain.
In fact, I would come home and share JEW JOKES with my daddy, never knowing his race!!
My mother SENT me to two Churches and I got kicked out of them both for misbehaving!!
In my teen years, I became a HIPPIE and got involved in drugs and alcohol.
Then Jesus rescued me and saved me at the young age of 20 and then I had CHOICES to make!!
INSTANTLY, somehow I KNEW I could not go back to my old hangouts and old "friends!"
THEY, my so-called friends, were STRONGER in their disbelief than I was in my BELIEF!!!
Beloved, it is SO much easier to pull one DOWN than UP!!!!
I had to CHOOSE to abstain from sex until I found the right WOMAN and MARRIED her!!!
I HAD to CHOOSE between going to the Atlanta Falcons football games on Sunday or going to Church!!
I had to CHOOSE to TRUST God that I would have more money in my pocket on 90% and GIVE GOD His TITHES!!
TONIGHT, God IS CALLING YOU TO MAKE A CHOICE!!!
Joshua 24:15 (KJV)
15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
CHOOSE YOU THIS DAY WHOM YE WILL SERVE!!!!
JOSHUA'S STORY!!
My son Joshua is on Georgia's DEATH ROW!!!
He made a CHOICE, ALBEIT THE wrong CHOICE!!!
If he could, he WOULD tell you this!
On a SUNDAY morning on 2004, my youngest son Joshua CHOSE to drive right past my Church and murder two human beings.
He KNEW, he felt in his heart, that he NEEDED to/MUST go to Church that morning
BUT.................. he kept driving!!!
And once you pull that trigger, there is no saying OOPS or I'm sorry!
ONCE, (all it takes is one time) you get behind that wheel DRUNK or take those pills.
There is no taking back ANY pregnancy without birth or murder!!
As Mama used to say, "THERE AIN'T NO TWO WAYS ABOUT IT!"
YOU make that CHOICE beginning TONIGHT!!
