Akron Bar Board Issues Resolution Supporting Equal Access to Justice
The Board of Trustees of the Akron Bar Association has issued a resolution in support of equal access to justice and urging federal. state, and local legislative bodies and governmental agencies to adopt laws and policies that ensure full and adequate funding for civil legal aid in Ohio.

I live about 1.5 miles from a nationally acclaimed haunted house and laboratory in Akron, Ohio and filled with frightening zombies, ghouls, and creatures. I have never been there since it opened about 30 years ago. Why? Quite simply, people scare me more than any fake gore and carnage ever could.

Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor has appointed Judge Annalisa S. Williams (Akron, OH) to the Board of Trustees of the Supreme Court of Ohio Judicial College for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2020.
