The Day of Al-Quds is an internationally observed day of protest that occurs on the last Friday in the blessed Islamic month of Ramadhan. This day is intended to bring people together, regardless of their background, to stand up against the injustices being perpetrated all over the world, and specifically in Palestine. It's a day of remembrance and an expression of solidarity with all those who are oppressed. This Day is a reminder to always stand against the oppressors whatever form they take.

In observance of the International Day of Al-Quds a protest is being locally organized in Atlanta on Friday, July 1st, 2016 at 3:30:pm. The protest will take place in front of the CNN Center (190 Marietta St NW). 

We humbly request for you to join us this Friday and inform all peace-loving people from all backgrounds about this event.

In order to ensure everyone's safety and a successful event, The Al Quds Committee requires all participants to abide by the following guidelines:

1. All participants must adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations
2. No chanting of unauthorized slogans will be permitted. All chanting will be led exclusively by the Master of Ceremonies
3. All participants will maintain respect for each other and the surrounding public

Anyone not abiding by these rules will be asked to leave the area immediately to ensure security of all participants, thank you for your cooperation.
