God loves you to pieces!
Dear All Saints Preschool Families,

We move forward towards the season of Lent in which we are reminded of Christ's sacrifice for us.

The season of Lent originated as a time of preparation for Easter, spanning 40 days (not including Sundays) from Ash Wednesday to Holy Saturday. The focus of Lent is repentance - a turning of our hearts, minds, and actions from ourselves to God. The Sundays in Lent are in the season but not of it and are celebrated as "feast" days, traditionally days on which Lenten fasts are broken as we gather together for worship and to celebrate Christ's resurrection.

Purple, the color of Lent, signifies penitence and humility and is meant to remind us of humanity's suffering under sin and of Christ's suffering on the cross- the color of a bruise. Purple is also the color of royalty and anticipates the coming glory of Christ's resurrection on Easter.

We have several services on Ash Wednesday detailed below.  Please join us as we prepare our hearts for Easter.

In Him,

Kids will explore and learn about how God saves scallywags like you and me! What better message for our children to hear than the PROOF of God's grace!
  • God's grace is Planned: God mapped out salvation for his people (Ephesians 1:4-5).
  • God's grace is Resurrecting: When we were dead, God made us alive (Ephesians 2:4-5).
  • God's grace is Outrageous: God gives us Jesus as a free gift (Ephesians 1:7-8a).
  • God's grace is Overcoming: God changes our rebellion into surrender (Ephesians 1:13a).
  • God's grace is Forever: God's people never drift away from his love (Ephesians 1:13b-14).
We want our kids to know their Savior-to know that it's God's grace that makes them who they are and Jesus as their greatest treasure.

Come Sail Away With Us!

We are collecting new books for our library
We love books at preschool!  We are busy filling up a library cart so students can visit during library time, hear a wonderful book read-aloud, and eventually even have books to check out and take home!
We need help to make this happen.

If you would like to donate a book to our library, we have a wish list at Book People and Amazon. You can also donate financially to our book campaign using this  form.
