John 13:34-35 (KJV)
34  A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.    

35  By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

In this world of woe, the last thing WE need to do is argue and fuss with other Believers!!

The Beatles sang A truth when they sang, "ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE!"

Our Lord and Savior did not urge, encourage or even request that WE "love one another."

He clearly issued a COMMANDMENT- "a NEW commandment I give you!"

Luke 6:27-31 (KJV)
27  But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,    

28  Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.    

29  And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also.    

30   Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.    

31  And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.

I still remember the words of Brother Harry Mushegan:

"If God called me to be a door mat, I want to be the best door mat that ever wiped another feet!

I would clean the mud off all's feet and hand their shoes back clean and even polished!!"

Easy off the tongue, hard to do in REAL life-AMEN!!??

The GOLDEN RULE IS:

Too many people-including fellow believers- are pleased to announce WHEN they have been wronged,

"Well, I certainly gave them a PIECE OF MY MIND!!"

Sadly, they and WE do not understand and realize WE are actually the fool!!

Proverbs 29:11 (KJV)
11  A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.

Now PLEASE stop and meditate on what I am saying here .

Another of Brother Mushegan's famous quotes was:

'WHEN I HEAR NOTHING, I SAY NOTHING!"

Not every question or retort requires or even deserves an answer.

An enemy will not believe you and a real friend requires no explanation.

I believe the HEAVIEST BURDEN one can carry is a GRUDGE or UN-forgiveness.

37   Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:    

"THEY THAT DESERVE LOVE THE LEAST NEED IT THE MOST!!!"

FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD!!!

James 2:17-18 (KJV)
17  Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.    

18  Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.

WE say WE love God yet WE MUST show it:

It is easy to "love one another" IF one stays away from others!!!

The Church would get along much better if everyone else stayed away from each other!!

God is EASY to live with!!

God is EASY to get along with!!

The PROBLEM is sister Sue and/or brother John.

There IS and ALWAYS will be a sister Sue and/or brother John in YOUR life-ALWAYS!

THEY reside in YOUR house, THEY work at YOUR job, THEY attend the same Church as you, and worst of all, YOU MAY BE A SISTER SUE OR BROTHER JOHN!!!

SOMEHOW, in order to have PEACE, WE MUST find a way to "get along" with them and SOMEHOW forgive them, too often on a DAILY basis!!!

Matthew 18:21-22 (KJV)
21  Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?    

22  Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

The sad alternative to NOT forgiving may put YOU on the outside looking in.

 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

TODAY, brethren, look for a way to "DWELL TOGETHER IN UNITY!"

THEN and only THEN will WE see for ourselves "HOW GOOD AND PLEASANT IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
