What first comes to mind
when you hear or see the word
worship
?
Music, maybe?
Maybe song or dance or instruments or voices.
But what about laundry?
Or dishes. Or cleaning the car. Or going to work.
For the believer,
for the Christ-follower, all of our lives, every area of our lives, can be lived as a perpetual act of worship to our Creator.

Pray for those kids.
Love on them.
Share stories of God's goodness in your life as you smile and talk and drive.

Pray blessings over him.
Declare supernatural wisdom and understanding over his life.
Speak peace and joy and faith as you interact with him throughout the day.
Flying out for a business meeting? Begin seeing it for the
act of worship
that is!
Ask Papa God to show you His heart for the people around you.
Ask Holy Spirit to show you who He wants to love on through you.
Washing dishes, folding laundry, cleaning toilets? Begin seeing it for the
act of worship that it is!
Intercede for those you are serving, asking Holy Spirit for divine revelation as you pray. Thank God for the opportunity, for the privilege, of pouring out His love on others in a very real and tangible way.
Yes, we, as people, were made to worship!
Every moment. Every day. With all that we have. With all that we are.
Let today be the day
that you see your life, your whole life, as worship to your King!
And so, dear brothers and sisters,
I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all He has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice - the kind He will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship Him.
Romans 12:1 NLT
