2017 Tax Planning
As the year comes to a close, the time is right to review your tax plan.
Think tax planning is not for you?
You may be right. However, if you have experienced a significant life event in 2017 such as a marriage, divorce, new child, or you have had major change in financial compensation, it may be beneficial to review your tax situation.

If you are a business owner, having a tax plan in place can help you to avoid any surprises in the amount of tax owed.
Are you missing opportunities to reduce your taxes? Our team consists of CPAs and financial advisors, working together we can help you to evaluate your current financial situation and identify ways to decrease your current tax year liabilities.

For Individuals:
  • Max out your retirement contributions
  • Contribute to an HSA account
  • Create a plan to take advantage of lower tax rates

For Business Owners:
  • Set up &/or contribute to a retirement plan
  • Purchase equipment to take advantage of Section 179 or bonus depreciation
  • Make minimum quarterly estimated payments to avoid penalties
  • Paying your vendors before year-end
