Harrisburg Academy Needs Your Vote!

Show your Harrisburg Academy pride!  This spring, the Academy again is participating in Central Penn Parent magazine's "Family Favorites" awards contest.  The winners of the contest are determined solely by the vote of the public, so we need your vote.  Visit the CPP website and look for us in the "Places to Learn - Best Private Schools" category.  Make sure your vote counts by voting in 20+ categories on the ballot (even if you're not living in Central PA anymore, you'll see a lot of "familiar faces" on the list!).

We think that there are lots of wonderful things happening here at our school of which to be proud - focused, hands-on learning... that molds our college-bound scholars, gym class every day... that prepares our students to win athletics championships, and music instruction beginning at age four... which inspires the discipline needed for students to advance to state-level music ensembles.  It is a remarkable time at Harrisburg Academy, and we want the world to know how special we are.

You have a voice and it counts!  Please help us be at the top of the class by voting today.  Questions?  Please contact Kristina Pae

After coaching 10 years and 17 seasons, Coach Travis Kreider has announced his retirement from coaching.  He will continue to teach in the Upper School.  Travis coached Varsity Boys' Soccer (eight seasons), Varsity Girls' Soccer from its inception (seven seasons), and MS Girls' Softball for two seasons.  His teams won two S.I.A.C. championships (2007 and 2008) and went to District playoffs three times (once with the girls and twice with the boys).
