Wil is associate professor of Christian Spirituality at Spring Arbor University in Michigan where he also directs its Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation & Leadership online program. A trained counselor and certified spiritual director, he regularly conducts retreats and teaches courses on the spirituality of Henri Nouwen across the US and abroad.
