Salford Focuses in on the 4R nutrient Management Program
A few short years ago Salford purchased the Canadian company, Valmar Airflow, known for their fertilizer and cover crops air application units. Today Salford has combined the technologies to make chasis mount and pull type boom spreaders to accurately apply dry fertilizer across a boom with variance of <1% from foot to foot.
Now Don't get confused, Im not talking about the colorful angled gang machines. Im talking true vertical tillage. For Years Salford has Stuck to their guns in delivering true independent vertical tillage tools to the customer and today their new 5" spacing 1200 and 2200 machines are taking over.
At the same time Salford purchased Valmar they up the popular Georgia-based company BBI. Today Salford offers the widest spread pattern (120') and several other Fertilizer application technologies that continue to lead the market today.
