DO YOU NEED PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
YOU MAY BE SURPRISED!

Professional liability insurance or E&O insurance covers claims that arise from your negligent acts or your failure to provide the level of advice or service that was expected.

Any business that performs a service or provides advice to others in exchange for a fee could be sued on the basis that if failed to fulfill its professional obligations. If you handle people's personal information and it gets exposed you can be sued as well.

Here are a few examples of professions who would benefit from obtaining professional liability insurance:
Medical professionals (doctors, nurses, dentists, vets, therapist)
Consultants (law, architecture, design, engineering, web design, computer and IT, )
Wedding Planning Professionals (photographers, make-up artists, bakers, hair stylists, dress makers)
Fitness professionals, ministers, advertising agencies, and many more!

10 WAYS TO HELP KEEP YOUR YOUNG DRIVER SAFE

Car crashes are the leading cause of death for teen drivers, usually happening within the first few months of driving. But many of these fatalities can be avoided and parents can help.

1.  Always remember to model good driving habits.

2.  Ride with your teen driver at least 30 minutes a week for the first                              year after getting their license

3.  Make sure your teen is off the road by 9-10 pm.

4.  Don't allow them to drive with teen passengers for at least 6 months

5.  Make sure the first habit they get into is putting on their seat belt.

6.  Cell phones should be put away and not taken out until they are                              parked.

7.  They should not eat and drive, text and drive or play with the radio                          while driving.

8.  Make sure you have taken them night driving in various whether and                      road conditions many times.

9.  Consider a monitoring device for risky habits like speeding and                                sudden braking.

10.  And never spot stressing that drinking and driving is never                                        excusable.
