North Brunswick, NJ: Mitch Frumkin, President of Kipcon Inc., is pleased to announce Kipcon's affiliation of Marshall Frost, Principal of the former Frost, Christenson & Associates (FCA). Mr. Frost who is a licensed professional engineer was previously the principal of FCA, a New Jersey based engineering consulting firm specializing in the fields of civil/structural engineering and construction deficiency investigations.
Mr. Frost, has made the decision to enter part-time retirement in the near future. In doing so, he will become an associate of Kipcon Inc. starting March 1, 2018. FCA has been in the engineering field for over thirty years. Throughout that time, FCA has gained and maintained a large following of loyal clientele. The company is known to have completed quality work for an array of businesses including municipalities, developers, and community associations.
Mitch Frumkin made the announcement and added, “I have known Marshall as a friendly competitor for many years and this affiliation stands as a great opportunity for Marshall to continue providing his expertise to the industry. My firm will also gain extensive benefits from his experience and skill sets. We both have a history and reputation for being quality oriented engineering firms that are service driven.”

In addition to the two firms coming together, Kipcon Inc. is pleased to gain one of FCA’s veteran employees, Karen Thomlinson as a full-time Project Manager. Karen has worked as a Project Manager for FCA for over eighteen years. She will continue to perform oversight and inspections for a number of locations, as well as make any transitioning of clientele that much easier.
