Our guests' raved about the food selections served by our local Fort Mill restaurants and caterers. To each of our participants, thank you! The music and dancing was terrific. Thank you, DJ Jeremy, for keeping us entertained! This year's attendance was near an all-time high with yet another sold out event.
I'm pleased to report that with your help, we raised over $108,000.00, exceeding our goal! Due to the generosity of our In-Kind Sponsors and volunteers, we are able to donate in excess of $100,000.00 (93%) to The Palmetto School, all of which will support the needs of the children.
We are told The Taste of Fort Mill is the largest single day fundraising event in York County in which an average of 90% of the funds raised goes to charity. Each of you should be proud to be a part of this accomplishment. I want to thank our Volunteers, particularly our student volunteers from Nation Ford High School's Junior Civitan Club. These student volunteers did a great job helping out the night of our event. Your parents, your school and your classmates should be very proud of you.

A word from the Principal/Executive Director
This year's Taste of Fort Mill was the most magical and spectacular evening of Friendship, Fellowship and Fundraising! We are blessed to receive the benefits of what I consider to be the most spectacular party in all of York County. Over 60% of our budget comes from fundraising. This event supports approximately one third of that budget. Because of your generosity, we are able to keep our doors open and address the unique needs of our students. My deepest gratitude to the Fort Mill community for strengthening us in our mission!
