NJLA's 2nd Annual
Celebration of Student Writers (K-8)

The New Jersey Literacy Association (NJLA) is announcing an opportunity for students in grades K-8 to publish their narrative writing in an ebook collection to appear on the New Jersey Literacy Association (NJLA) website in May 2020. This event is open to all public school teachers and students in Kindergarten through grade 8 in New Jersey.

Each teacher can submit the work of up to 5 students.
Only single author pieces can be considered (no co-authors).
All entries must be submitted by March 27, 2020 .

The work of five student authors will be selected at each grade level for publication. Selected students and teachers will be notified through email by April 30th.
Finalists will receive a certificate from NJLA and have their work included in the NJLA e-document to be posted on NJLA's website.
