It's only April, but we're already excited about September. In five months, we'll trek down to Athens, GA, with 100 business and non-profit leaders, university representatives, and elected officials for the 2014 Inter-City Visit.

About the Inter-City Visit to Athens Every two years, the Chamber and its Partnership for a Sustainable Community host the Inter-City Visit, a conference that's as much about learning from the experiences of another progressive community as it is about building relationships among ICV participants that help us successfully address our local challenges and opportunities. In Athens, we'll explore profiles and examples of bold leadership, and we'll learn how another college town approaches land use, visitor services, efficient government, and community engagement and problem-solving. It goes without saying we'll also spend plenty of time exploring the infamous downtown Athens scene.
