CUNY Callouts

Oscar Huang, Macaulay at Baruch ’25, loves to try new things. He worked as a tutor, camp counselor and outreach ambassador, but found a passion for business after exploring the field of consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce. He doubted himself initially, but got accepted at Baruch to pursue finance after taking some courses at Queensborough Community College. He currently works as a research assistant and looks forward to exploring more opportunities.

Oscar’s Advice: “We’re taught to believe that the metric for success is comparing ourselves to others, not understanding that fulfillment varies from person to person. The rush from rising to the challenge and the tension of exploring the unknown — to me, that’s [part of success].”
