Summer Chase apartments located in Little River, SC and the Myrtle Beach MSA.  The property is located on the north end of the Grand Strand - a 60-mile arc of uninterrupted coastline attracting over 14 million visitors each year.  The asset was purchased in joint venture with Hudson Capital and RiverBanc.

 

Summer Chase was developed in 2000 and consists of 168 one and two-bedroom apartment homes averaging 960 square feet.  Amenities include clubhouse, swimming pool, detached garages, 24 hour fitness center, grilling areas, playground and access gates.  All units are equipped with washer dryer connections, custom cabinetry, ceiling fans, microwave oven, and walk-in closets.

 

A comprehensive property enhancement program will begin in the Fall of 2014 and will focus on upgrades to the community amenity package and interior finishes. Upon completion of the capital program, the asset will be held for long term cash flow and appreciation.
