If you haven't already signed up, ask about our Frequent Buyer's Club the next time you're in the store. It's completely free to join, and the only information we need is your name: our system keeps track of your spending, and once you reach $100, you get a coupon for $5 off your next purchase! LBPLF's Booked! Event
A Simple Supper with Dr. John Jung
Our dinner with Dr. John Jung last Sunday was delightful! He shared many wonderful stories about growing up in Macon, Georgia, where his family were the only Chinese in the small Southern town. We can't wait to pick up his memoirs!
And dinner at Forbidden City was quite a treat -- make sure you try this terrific local restaurant, which specializes in traditional Chinese cuisine and Japanese sushi. We were honored to be the bookseller at this very unique event. We have signed copies of all of Dr. Jung's books for sale, on sale every day at 10% off!
