Let's begin......
We are so connected to these bodies that we use for the short time we are here that we can consume ourselves with fixing it and looking for things that could go wrong.
Our culture is so transfixed on this. We are inundated by just soooooo much about health or lack of it. The best way to be healthy is to not think about it. That's right. Everytime you focus on your body looking to see what is going on from a critical standpoint you begin a path of not-so-good wellness. All illness is the result of resistant thoughts. Some of it as long term resistance and others from the negative emotions directed at our bodies directly.
Truly, if you wish to put any attention on your body, do it from a place of being centered. Be of a loving energy. Look at your body with appreciation and joy.

Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
