will cover the Revised Offer to Purchase and Contract, Material Facts and what is required for current and active licensees. 

 

 
Appraisal Questions: 10 Essential Answers

Come get your appraisal answers! Brokers are impacted daily by appraisal issues and have a wide range of legitimate questions. Detailed, researched answers will address common issues such as appraiser selection, the new rating systems and abbreviations used in appraisals, and appraiser independence. Time will be set aside for questions from students, as well.

THE FINE PRINT:

Update Classes ONLY:These classes are offered at no cost to members of GCHAR (included in your yearly dues). However, if a member registers but does not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class or does not attend, there will be $50 assessment charged to member's account.
Confirmation: Confirmations will be sent via email ONLY to the address provided. Should you fail to receive electronic confirmation, please call GCHAR at 919-929-4032.
Check-In: You must present your current Real Estate License pocket card or a copy of your license at check-in. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class. Please be aware that the NC Real Estate Commission does not grant credit for a class to anyone who arrives 20 minutes late.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are granted to registrants who cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. A $10 administrative fee will be charged for any cancellation paid for via credit card. If a member registers for a class and does not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the schedule class (or fails to notify the Association for cause), the member is not entitled to a refund in any amount.

Auditing Options: Want to learn about an important topic but don't need the CE credit? Members can audit certain classes for just $10.
