Increase in Requests Causing Processing Delays
The Covenants Department has been experiencing a significant increase in Design Review Board applications and requests for resale disclosure documents, therefore the processing time has been longer than usual in recent months. Reston Association members should plan accordingly when submitting DRB applications for review and approval. Additionally, members and real estate agents are advised to submit requests for disclosure documents well in advance of a scheduled or projected settlement. RA thanks you for your patience and understanding.
