The Office of Alumni and Parent Relations is seeking nominations for the following Alumni Awards. Please submit names to the office by June 15, 2012 via email alumni@messiah.edu or call 717-796-5252.
Young Alumnus Achievement Award - This award recognizes an alumnus/a who has attended Messiah College within the past 10 years for significant contribution to church, vocation, community, and/or Messiah College.
Distinguished Alumnus Achievement Award - This award recognizes long-term vocational excellence in a manner supportive of the mission and standards of Messiah.
Alumni Christian Service Award - This award recognizes outstanding lifelong service or long-term effort in fulfilling the mandates of the Christian gospel to both serve and sacrifice for the needs of humanity.
Alumni Appreciation Award - Alumni and friends are eligible for this award, which recognizes significant personal service and contribution to Messiah College.
Beginning July 1, 2012 Messiah College will no longer be able to utilize our current addressing system with the Grantham Post Office for receiving mail. Instead, all college mail will be processed through the Mechanicsburg Post Office.
Because of this change in service, the Messiah College address can no longer be written as Grantham PA 17027. Instead, our address will be Mechanicsburg PA 17055. For more information, click here.
Sponsor a Finals Week Survival Kit for a current Messiah Student
Messiah alumni have the opportunity to sponsor a Finals Survival Kit for one of our current students for $10 each. You can even include a note of encouragement to the student that receives your kit. Help support our students as they go through this busy and stressful time of year! Our goal is to provide a kit for every one of our 2,700 students and raise $13,000 for scholarships. Help us reach that goal!

Department of Education to Host Farewell and Commissioning Service
The Department of Education will hold its farewell and commissioning service with reception following in Hostetter Chapel on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.
All are welcome to attend this celebration of the senior education majors' significant efforts and accomplishments before they leave campus. Please join us for an inspiring evening!
