The Beach Church has formed a Pastoral Relations Committee.
Its goal is to support and maintain an open
and healthy relationship between the pastor
and members of the congregation.
The committee serves in two ways:
as an advisory group to the pastor and
as support for the pastor's leadership.
The group includes five members and meets at least once a quarter.
Members include the Senior Deacon, Gordon Paulus;
the Moderator, Sheila Speirs; at-large members, Chrissy Cook
and Bill Griffith; and Rev. Tom.
A Pastoral Relations Committee was part of the Beach Church
in the past and the focus of the group is to enhance
the effective of the church's mission.
