We are less than one month away from the 2017 Port to Fort 6k Race. Join us as we celebrate the 21st Anniversary of this family-friendly event, voted one of the best races in Baltimore by CBS! The race route winds its way through Fort McHenry, providing runners, spectators and volunteers a great opportunity to see Baltimore's history up close.

We love our monthly newsletter as a way to provide you with information about Believe In Tomorrow families and activities. Our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter feeds all provide additional real time updates as to what our families are up to, volunteer opportunities, and numerous fun activities for you. Family Story - Danielle

Danielle arrived at The Children's House at Johns Hopkins when she was five years old. She came to us because her extremely rare cancer had unfortunately spread to her brain. Her parents knew that she needed to be treated by the experts at Johns Hopkins. So, on the day of the 2003 Blizzard trudging through 28 inches of snow, this brave and hopeful family from Florida checked into The Children's House at Hopkins. Buoyed by the excellent care she was sure to receive at Hopkins, they were not prepared to hear that she had only a 5% chance of survival. Click here to read more...

Port to Fort 6k

We are now only THREE Weeks away from the
21st Annual Port to Fort 6K on April 22, 2017! Join us at Coke Field in Baltimore, and run our unique race route through historic and beautiful Fort McHenry. Our goal this year is to have 2,000 runners and raise $100,000 to help our critically ill children and their families. With your help and commitment we know we can do it!

Show your support by sharing this email with 5 friends and proud wear your orange every Friday to help make a difference to these deserving children and their families. The funds that the Believe Battalion raise will allow our families to focus on their child's comfort and care during their time of crisis.

Get Involved - Wish of the Month

Believe In Tomorrow needs regular, weekly volunteer help at the Children's House at Johns Hopkins and our House at St. Casimir. This month we wish for volunteer van drivers.

Do you have a few hours per week of free time to volunteer as a driver? If so, you would immensely help our day-to-day operations, by driving families to the local grocery store, airport, and general errands as needed!
