Naperville Boys Play International Competition at Iber Cup

The Eclipse Naperville 2006 and 2007 Boys teams were invited to compete in the exclusive Iber Cup hosted in Texas.

The boys played a variety of teams which included international clubs. The Boys 2006 squad faced off with Arsenal FC from London, England while the Boys 2007 team took on College Cup from El Salvador.

The rain in Texas delayed games by two days; however the teams were still able to compete as the event shortened the length of games. Both the 2006 and 2007 Boys ended 2nd in their respected groups and had a blast despite the conditions!
Boys ECNL Play in First Ever ECNL Home Games

The Eclipse ECNL Boys got off to a hot start in March beginning their season at FC Wisconsin and then playing their first ever Boys ECNL home games against FC Pride.

The Boys 2003 through the 1999/2000 teams traveled up to Milwaukee to take on FC Wisconsin. The four Eclipse teams went a combined 2-2-0 to begin the Spring campaign. After the games, they took a detour to visit with the NBA franchise, the Milwaukee Bucks!

The Boys stayed true to form at home going a combined 4-0-1 and out scored their opponents 21-7. Both the 2004's and the 2002's were the top performers for the club as both teams won comfortably by a score of 6-0.
Two Girls DA teammates invited to the U-17 USWNT Training Camp

Eclipse Select teammates  Hannah Bebar (Naperville, Ill.)  and  Kalyssa Van Zanten (Buffalo Grove) joined The U.S. Under-17 Women’s National Team for a training camp in Lakewood Ranch, Fla. from March 16-26. It was the pair’s last chance to impress the coaching staff before U.S. U-17 head coach Mark Carr chose his 20-player roster for the 2018 CONCACAF Women’s Under-17 Championship.

Bebar and Van Zanten were among the 24 women rostered for the 10-day event. The camp included three closed-door games against the Japan U-17 WNT. Bebar scored two goals in two games played versus the Japanese.

Both players were the only representatives from the state of Illinois and are teammates on the Eclipse Select Developmental Academy Girls 1999/2000 team.
Bebar To Compete At The CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers

Hannah Bebar has been named to the 20-player roster for the 2018 CONCACAF U-17 Women’s Championship to be held in Managua, Nicaragua from April 19-29.
