a newsletter about current events & updates

There are some things that are date specific and couldn't wait until a May eNews - so here's the latest. Amazing things to do.

Shameless plug for the Grants Pass Museum of Art - we now have music. We have joined a group that includes independent musicians from all over the world. They like to stop here and there on their west coast tours. They are all truly amazing and so worth enjoying. The next concert is this Friday, April 27 at 7pm. It's Sara and Kenny - a great duo from Wisconsin. Don't miss it!

Next thing not to miss - if you have a child or grand child or know of children between the ages of 0-5 - Josephine County with some amazing sponsors and the library is bringing Dolly Parton's Imagination Library here. Scroll down and you will find more information in the opportunities section. This is a HUGE and very exciting venture. Early childhood education and literacy are so important. This is one way to have both. IT'S FREE! It goes live May 1. Don't miss out.

p.s. In many cases the images below can be clicked to link to a website. I try and do that whenever there are tickets to purchase or other reasons to link.
If you want something added to this newsletter - please click here! The best thing to send me is a PDF or JPG of a poster describing your announcement. Do not send me press releases. They don't work well in this format and I don't have the time to reformat them. Thanks!

Normally I don't link to videos over 3 minutes long. However, this one is too good not to share. The Modern Museum of Art (MOMA) worked on this to make it clearer. It's very interesting. I can't believe the hats!
