LEAP (Low Income Energy Assistance Program)
LEAP is a federally funded program that helps eligible hard working Colorado families, seniors and individuals pay a portion of their winter home heating costs. The LEAP Program is accepting applications for the 2016/2017 season from November 1, 2016 - April 30, 2017 heating costs. It is not intended to pay the entire cost of home heating, but rather to help alleviate some of the burden associated with the colder months.
