Donner Photographic will be in the Annex studio (the front building) selling dance portraits. All your pictures will be printed with various sizes and packages for you to choose from.
Donner accepts cash, check and credit cards. You are not obligated to purchase anything. Just come by and look if you want.
Please stop by our Annex studio between 4:00 & 8:00PM Friday, 4/4.

 

ALL CLASSES WILL BE HELD AS SCHEDULED.

 

If you are unable to attend picture sales a proof sheet will be mailed to you and you can order by mail, but please be aware that the pricing and packages available by mail are not the same as the ones offered in person. You can generally get a better deal if you purchase the pictures in person at the sales date.

Give yourself one less thing to remember on recital day by pre-ordering your recital T-shirt,rose bouquets and additional yearbooks for your dancers!  Pre-order forms are available in the lobby and online through April 23rd.  All T-shirt and flower orders must be received by 4/23.  T-shirts and flowers can be purchased at the recital, but we order limited quantities, so pre-order and be sure to get yours!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

It takes many people to pull together our annual recital.  Please consider volunteering your time during the Saturday or Sunday recital performances or the Sunday Shining Stars Showcase.  Sign up to help out at any of our performances conveniently online at Sign Up Genius  

 

We are always looking for more moms to help out in our dressing rooms during the show.  If your child performs both days, you can watch one day and help out backstage the other day. All dressing room monitors will receive one free ticket to either show for themselves or a friend or family member.

 

 We are also looking for ushers for all shows, parking monitor (keeping folks out of the firelanes), security in the auditorium during the show and help with clean up after the final Sunday show.

Yearbook Advertising
Yearbook ad sample
Show your support for the dancer in your life.  Place an ad in our full color, glossy yearbook.  
Include personal messages and photos to let the dancer in your family know how proud you are of her or him.   Business advertising is also welcome.  More than 500 residents of Killingworth, Madison and area towns will view your ad .
 
Save money by submitting your completed ad and payment by 12:00pm, Saturday, 4/12. 
Early bird ad prices range from $35- $175.
 
The Cover Contest ad deadline is 12:00pm, Saturday, 4/12.  Ads submitted after this deadline will not be included in your ad sales total for the Yearbook cover contest.
 
The FINAL DEADLINE for yearbook ads is 12:00pm, Saturday, 4/26. NO ads will be accepted after this.
 
The printing of the yearbook is funded by these ads.  Please support our effort to give dancers memorable keepsakes from the recital. Ad forms are available in the studio lobby or click here 
Stage Rehearsal
 
The onstage rehearsal will be held  Friday, May 30th. All classes will rehearse onstage on this date.  The rehearsal schedule will be distributed at the beginning of May. 
 
As you can imagine, it is difficult to create a schedule that is convenient for all Dance Corner families.  Please let Miss Carrie know about any school concerts, field trips etc, that may interfere with your child's ability to attend rehearsal on May 30th by April 21st. 
 
We will do our best to schedule classes at times that work for everyone. 
 
Normal dance wear should be worn for the rehearsal. No costumes please.

Tuition Payments
Monthly Tuition payments are due by the first of each month. Use your email address to log into the Customer Portal and pay your bill securely and conveniently online -

All customers are required to submit a credit/debit card or bank draft information at registration. If your account is not paid in full by the 15th of each month, this payment method will be charged for the balance due. If your payment is declined, a $10 late fee will be applied to your account. Payments made on past due accounts will be applied to the oldest invoice first.

Recital Ticket Sales

 

Recital ticket sales are ONLINE only. Tickets will not be available at the studio or at the door on the day of the show. Recital ticket sales will be open on Saturday, May 10th online.  

 

Tickets are sold to families in order that fall 2013 registrations were received.  Graduating seniors and the first eighteen families who registered for Fall 2013 classes will purchase tickets first and then the next 40 families who registered for fall classes will purchase their tickets, and then the next 65 families will purchase their tickets and then the final 85 families.  

 

Families in the first pre-sale group will receive a special pre-sale code from Miss Carrie to log in and purchase tickets online on May 10th.  They will be the only families able to purchase tickets from 6am- midnight on that date.  Then the next 40 families, pre-sale group 2, will use their code to log in and purchase tickets on May 11th.  This process will be the same for the 3rd and 4th pre-sale groups on May 12th and 13th.  On Wednesday, May 14th, ticket sales will open up to the general public.  

Your pre-sale code will be emailed to you!

There is a limit of 12 tickets per family for "Dancing Through the Decades" performances through May 13th.  If you need more tickets you can purchase them starting May 14th.  There is no limit on tickets for the "Shining Stars Showcase".  

 

Tickets are $16 per person for "Dancing Through the Decades" performances and $12.25 per person for the "Shining Stars Showcase".  The $1.25 convenience fee, charged by our online ticket provider is included in these prices.  We offer discounted multi-show passes for the same person to attend both performances of "Dancing Through the Decades."  The coupon code for this will be made available to everyone before May 10th.  Recital Passes are $25.50 total or $12.75 per show. There is a limit of 4 recital passes per family.  

 

Anyone who needs a seat must have a ticket. Children under 5 do not need a ticket unless they need their own seat. Due to fire codes we can't allow strollers in the aisles and sitting in the aisles or steps is not permitted. Young children must sit on a lap or in a seat.

 

Due to the limited number of handicapped accessible seats available, there is a maximum of two special seating seats per family. If you need additional handicapped accessible seats for your family, please contact Miss Carrie. 

 

The seating chart for Haddam Killingworth High School Auditorium will appear when you log in to purchase your tickets.  Select your seats, enter any coupon codes (volunteer, recital pass, etc) and check out.  All from the comfort of your home!

 

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation from ShOvation (our online ticket provider) with a link to print your tickets at home like an airline boarding pass.

Please be certain to print your tickets and take them with you to the show for admission.

 

Tickets will be on sale online up to 24 hours before our first performance on Saturday, May 31st.

 

All patrons purchasing their tickets will receive an email confirmation of their entire ticket order.  Make sure to enter all billing information correctly, zip code, mailing address and email address to ensure your order processes correctly. An accurate email address is necessary for email receipts. All credit cards and VISA check cards are accepted.

 

May tuition is due by Wednesday, May 10th.  You will not receive your pre-sale code for online ticket purchase until your balance is paid in full.  Families carrying past due balances will not receive a pre-sale code or be able to purchase tickets until their balance is paid in full.  We will monitor daily ticket sales and if families with past due balances purchase tickets before their account is paid in full, we will apply your ticket payment to your past due balance and release your tickets for re-sale.
