It's April, where has the year gone?! April is a special month. For sports fans, it's the NCAA Finals (Congrats UNC), the start of major league baseball, and the Boston marathon.
April includes Easter and Passover. And, of course, April is my birthday!
We are open Easter Sunday at Noon and the kitchen team led by Chef Joe has come up with some great Easter specials such as an appetizer of lobster and bacon devilled eggs. And entrees of mustard and herb encrusted rack of lamb with mini roasted carrots, purple potato mash, a red wine reduction and traditional ham dinner with bing cherry glaze, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots. Make your reservations soon.
Remember, we are open for lunch Monday-Friday. It's hard to let everyone know so pass the word.
Cocktail hour is still very popular. Don't forget guest bartender Tuesday and all the other things going on at Endicott's finest restaurant.
