April 2017
  Greetings!

It's April, where has the year gone?! April is a special month. For sports fans, it's the NCAA Finals (Congrats UNC), the start of major league baseball, and the Boston marathon.
April includes Easter and Passover. And, of course, April is my birthday!
We are open Easter Sunday at Noon and the kitchen team led by Chef Joe has come up with some great Easter specials such as an appetizer of lobster and bacon devilled eggs. And entrees of mustard and herb encrusted rack of lamb with mini roasted carrots, purple potato mash, a red wine reduction and traditional ham dinner with bing cherry glaze, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots. Make your reservations soon.
Remember, we are open for lunch Monday-Friday. It's hard to let everyone know so pass the word.
Cocktail hour is still very popular. Don't forget guest bartender Tuesday and all the other things going on at Endicott's finest restaurant.
Again, thank you for your patronage. I hope to meet all of my customers and don't forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter.

Until next time..

Eat well.

Cocktail of the Month
April Rain

Spring is here!  That brings spring cleaning, new beginnings, and of course April showers.  Well if you’re sick of spring cleaning and want a new beginning, stop in for our drink feature, the April Rain.  It’s a simple twist on the vodka martini.  We start with Zyr vodka (the best there is) and shake it with a touch of vermouth and fresh squeezed lime juice.  Poured into a cold martini glass and garnished with a twist of lime this is sure to give you Spring Fever!  Join us and have Matt, Tiffany, or Jackee shake one up for you!

Steve Kocich-  Server, Bartender, Cook
Written by Tom McCoy JR, Manager

Every restaurant needs someone available to do anything.  Steve is that person for Lampy’s.  Depending on which day you visit us you may see Steve cooking a great dinner special, or he may be making your night memorable as your server.  Hospitality is very important to Steve and he is always willing to go the extra mile.  Outside of Lampy’s music is his love.  He plays guitar and sings in Deveroe, a great local rock and roll band as well as a soloist and member of his church choir.  He also writes music and is currently trying his hand at opera composing.  He is always willing to sacrifice his time to help a friend, as long as his cat Mr. Pickles allows it!  Stop in and see Steve, you never know what job he will be doing, but you can be assured he will do a great job!
