Memory Caf és
Designed for individuals living with early stage dementia, Memory Café is open to care partners and community members as well. Each month, different speakers will discuss topics such as history, art, genealogy, and more. An opportunity to share and socialize follows the lecture. Join us on the 4th Friday of each month, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. for Memory Café  in the Community Room of the newly renovated Kettering-Moraine Branch Library. This program is  offered jointly by the Dayton Metro Library and the Alzheimer's Association.

Friends of the Library Booksale - Coming Soon!

at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, 1043 S. Main Street in Dayton

Note, there is no Sunday sale.

Everything is $1.00! That's right, we mean EVERYTHING! Books, DVDs, CD, Books on CD - everything is $1.

Stock up for summer reading at the Friends of the Dayton Metro Library book sale. Thousands of books and AV items available for only $1 each. The Friends use money raised during our sales to help fund library programs including the Summer Reading Challenge. Read more about the Friends and the Booksale HERE.

Your Life's Work, Reimagined 
Take a look at the new programs begining in May and is hosted by Dayton Metro Library's own Business Services Librarian, Ann Riegel-Crichton. Aimed at adults that have recently retired, were downsized or in transition, the programs highlight opportunities that are available to you.
