|Greetings Baby Boot Camper! |
Happy Spring Baby Boot Campers!
Now is the time to take charge of your health and do whatever it takes to meet your goals. NO excuses, just action. I came across this quote a while ago and I love it!
"If it is important to you, you'll find a way.
If not, you'll find an excuse."
I'm done with excuses and have set my mind to revamping my life and stepping things up a notch. I sat down yesterday and created a plan for what this will look like. I mapped out how many times a week I'll exercise and what exercises I will do. I listed what foods I'll be eating, and when I can have treats. I will be keeping track of my foods through a food tracking app on my phone so that I have an accurate picture of how much energy I'm taking in vs. how much energy I'm putting out. You too can take charge and makes changes... it's all in your control.
Need help? Come to a Baby Boot Camp class, sign up for our Nutrition Solutions class, give Juice Plus+ a try, and/or sign up for Kärna Fitness' Half Marathon training or Baby Boot Camp's 5K training. You CAN do this. You can do whatever you set your mind to. Feel empowered ladies!
See you in class soon,
momma to Deven (19), Kora (3), Uma (1)
Join me this Thursday for the launch of our 4 week intensive class designed by a registered dietician to teach women how to make small changes in their eating and activity habits to healthfully and permanently lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. This class is safe for for nursing moms!
Nutrition Solutions will be held on Thursday nights from 7-8pm at Tiny Tots in Campbell. For $89 (current Baby Boot Camp members) or $109 (new members) you will receive a Nutrition Solutions folder with class handouts, a personal notebook to track your success, foods, etc. and 4 weeks of training including weekly weigh ins, measurements the first and last session, help setting personal goals every week, and an awesome support group of women just like you!
If you're considering taking this class it means you need some kind of help in the area of nutrition! Whether it be that you need weekly accountability, help figuring out what area of your nutrition needs to be tweaked, weekly weigh ins and calorie tracking, other women in the same place as you who can validate how hard this is, or a combination of all of the above- you NEED HELP! That's OK. This is why Baby Boot Camp works. We all come together, and help and encourage each other to be the healthiest we've ever been. Not just for ourselves, but for children and our future with them.
Registration closes Tuesday at 12pm so get signed up now. You and your family will be glad that you did! :)

Boost your Immunity, Improve your Health
Do I love fruits and vegetables? Yes. Do i eat 7-13 servings of them every day? Sometimes. Do I eat 7-13 servings of fruits and vegetables from a variety of 25 different ones? Never. Would my body benefit greatly from variety as much if not more than quantity? Absolutely. Do you want your body to be fed what it needs for optimal health? YES!
Give Juice Plus+ a try. 4 months, that's it. No long term commitments, just 4 months of feeding your body what it needs and then seeing the changes that inevitably will happen as a result. If you like the changes, keep taking it! If you don't, then consider it a fun experiment and move on to something else.
For as little as $1.50 a day, you can drastically improve your body's and your family's health. Visit www.augusttakesjuiceplus.com
