Nutrition Seminar!

  Stop Dieting and Start Living! 

Presented by Tina Marcouillier, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach of PTfitstyle.

In this workshop, we will delve deeper and in more detail on:

-how and why you gain weight

-how to stabilize your weight 

-when and in what combination to consume fats, carbohydrates and proteins;

-why an active lifestyle is so beneficial to your health!

 

Tina will discuss her D.I.E.T. (daily individual eating track) system to identify your personal goals for your track and understanding your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate).

 

Healthy cooking doesn't need to be hard! Tina also will prepare delicious Cauliflower & Turkey Bacon Soup and Almond Protein bread for the class to taste!

Spring into Shape Challenge!

Due to the popularity of our InMotion March Madness Challenge we are running another one starting April 3rd for you our amazing members!!

Spring into Shape is a timed sequenced Fit Test against yourself, with each week a new opportunity to beat your best time from the week before.  Each workout will  have THREE exercises for each workout (5 workouts each week).  You will do each exercise for one minute  and do as many reps as you can during the one minute with one minute of rest in between. You'll k eep track of your reps for each week on the sheet provided at the front desk. 

Your goal is INTENSITY, giving it your best every time 
and improving your scores throughout the month!

To reward you for your efforts you'll be given 5 Perkville points for every day you complete, and if you complete all 5 weekly challenges you'll get an extra 15 points!! 

All points will be added to your account at the end of the month if:
1. You've signed up for the challenge with Jeff
2. Have an Perkville account 

What is Perkville?
