REGISTRATION INFORMATION Registration is now open! Registration deadlines: Participants must register by May 24, 2018 General Attendees must register by June 1, 2018 This year, registration is available online!

Follow the link and complete the necessary registration information. When you are done filling out information and type of registration, go to “Checkout.” Here is where you will enter your credit card information and complete your purchase.  If you wish to register multiple people, there will be an option before checkout to “add registrants.” There will be a check box at the top of the page to auto fill information from the previous registration! Registering with a paper form: If you wish to pay with a check, you can fill out this form and mail your information in. Click here to download the paper registration.  We will NOT be accepting credit card payments via fax or email . Registrations that require a credit card payment will only be accepted by registering online.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS When you complete the online registration, you will be sent a confirmation email from [email protected]  This registration will include two release forms that MUST be submitted when you check in on-site. Your student will not be considered checked-in until both forms (completed and signed) are submitted upon team check-in or faxed in prior to the event. Fax completed NYM Release form to: 855.611.8959 ATTN: Bible Quiz. One form will need to be filled out for students/participants under the age of 18. The other form will need to be completed for students and participants over the age of 18. These forms will be kept on file for each participant.
