The purpose of this conference is strictly leadership development; there is no shooting involved. Participants will receive hands-on experiences in team building, communication, etiquette, and other important topics.

At the conclusion of the event, teens are expected to return to their home state and support and promote their county and state 4-H programs through active leadership roles.
