I'm looking for some teams! Teams will consist of a leader and 4 other participants.
Your team can be virtual (all online via email and/or facebook) or it can be a group that meets weekly.
For those wanting a place to workout together, you can use a place of your choice, or if available, you can use our garage gym (now equipped with mats, video & tv, some equipment and mirrors). Each team can be on the same program, or they can be a mix (of course, that may depend on whether you are meeting or not) Here's what you do: 1.Tell me if you want to be a participant or a leader. 2. If you want to be a leader, let me know if you want to recruit your own team, or if you want me to help find participants. 3. Let me know what program you want to do. 4. Tell me if you want to do a virtual challenge, or actually meet with a group 1-2 times a week.
I can do set ups (weigh-ins, measurements, program guidelines, meal plans, etc) with individuals and/or with each group. Here are the available challenge packs:

We will be starting new groups every 2-4 weeks, so if you want to participate, but need to wait a few weeks or a month, that's fine - I'll put you on a waiting list. Our first challenge group will be set up by Nov 1st, and will begin Nov 15th. If you want to do a challenge, but just with yourself, not on a team, you can do that too!
