You can help the teachers at Arete Prep by signing up to proctor finals on May 25th and/or May 26th. Please check your schedule and sign-up if you can!

Fingerprinting Opportunity

When: Fri, May 27th, 12:30pm

Come to an on campus fingerprint clinic; it's convenient, and quick. ($10 donations accepted)

PLEASE NOTE: For the safety of our campuses, all volunteers must have a Great Hearts issued badge to participate on campus in any volunteer capacity regardless of the prescribed duties (example; serving lunches, field trips, reading groups, etc.).

Yearbooks Are Here

Yearbooks will be distributed to all students who have purchased one AFTER SCHOOL, Tuesday, May 24.

A limited number of extras will be available to purchase for $75 each.

Seniors have first option; they may purchase at front desk at 3:20 on Tuesday, May 24.
Other students may purchase a yearbook at the front desk on Wednesday, May 25.
Extras are available first-come, first-served. There is no waiting list.

Please check the bulletin board in the Prep Building to know if you purchased a yearbook.

All students who pre-ordered a yearbook will also be receiving a digital copy of the yearbook that will "go live" on Wednesday, May 25. Instructions for accessing the digital yearbook are included in the yearbook. You will need your student ID number, which is printed on your photo ID that you received in the fall. The digital yearbook will ONLY be available to students who pre-ordered a copy of the yearbook.

End of School Prep

Locker Clean Out: Please clean out lockers completely by the end of the school day, Tuesday May 24th.

Please leave the lock inside the locker.

Textbook Returns: Students should bring all textbooks to school on their day of finals. Their finals teachers/proctors will be collecting them. "Classics to Keep": (gently used) may be donated inside the provided boxes in the Prep building.

Lost & Found: All lost and found items will be on a table in the courtyard from May 25-27. Stop by and see if anything belongs to you. All unclaimed items will be donated.

Used Uniforms: Please drop off your used uniforms on Friday, May 27th in the plastic bins located in the prep building.

Microwaves Needed: P lease consider donating your old microwave for our lunch program. We have a few which need to be replaced, so any donations are truly appreciated!

Seniors: Donate your Uniforms and Represent Your College! In exchange for donating your uniforms, you may wear a shirt representing your college on the last day of school (Friday, May 27). Bring shorts or pants to change into after school, and donate your uniform skirts, pants, and shorts as well!

Help raise funds for the 2017 Senior Trip -

Let's Be Good Neighbors

Dear Parents,

It has come to our attention that students are being picked up at The Falls Event Center next door.

The Falls Event Center is private property. Please do not park or pick up your student from this area.

We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors to the west (CarLife) and to the east (The Falls) by not using their parking areas as drop off or pick up options for your student.
