College Planning Night

In September, Armstrong hosted a workshop for high school sophomores and juniors and their families on thinking about the college admissions process.  The speaker was Sharon Lack of Sharon Lack Associates. Sharon covered topics like 
  • How do schools actually review applications?
  • Should dsylexic students take AP classes even if it means they might have a lower GPA?
  • What about a gap year?
  • How many schools should I apply to?
The attendees got to ask lots of questions and came away with some excellent information and resources.  Click here to download the notes from the evening.
