Standardized Testing  News
Retta Robertson -- parent of alum, Kinsey, recently shared her learning about accommodations for standardized tests on the Armstrong Alumni Parent Yahoo group.

She wrote:

You do want to make sure to start the process of requesting accommodations to the College Board in plenty of time, as soon as they post available test dates. If you want to take the test multiple times, a new request must be made each time.

Also, AP course accommodations for testing is a separate request to the College Board, so again make sure you do it in plenty of time prior. Once approval has been received for AP testing accommodations, it is good for the student's entire high school career. No need to reapply each year for each test. Just the one time does it.
